Dr. Peter Chang is a cardiologist based in Houston, Texas. He was born in Taipei, Taiwan but moved frequently to various countries including Peru and the Philippines due to his father's career as a diplomat. Dr. Chang completed his Bachelor’s and PhD in Biochemistry at Rice University. As an undergraduate student, Dr. Chang was active in the Chinese American community, establishing a drama club and serving as editor for a Chinese American magazine. He remains actively engaged in the Chinese American community today through his involvement with the Chinese Community Center and the Hope Clinic.
