The special oral history collection is created in response to COVID-19 that started in February 2020. Y.L. Liu, a retired university counsellor who lives in Wuhan, where the coronavirus was first identified, talked about her quarantine and post-quarantine experience. She discussed her mentality and habitual changes during the pandemic and shared her views on how China's experience of combating the virus is different from that of the US, where her daughter currently lives.
