The special oral history collection is created in response to COVID-19 that started in February 2020. State Representative Gene Wu, who serves the people of District 137 in the Texas House spoke about his working experiences during the pandemic and his views on anti-Asian sentiments in the US and the US foreign policy under the pandemic.
